Although we will take many shots of the agents, we are committed to give the first headshot the agent selects for free. If they would like additional headshots, we charge $25 per photograph. But in all honesty most agents select the one and they are happy with that. 

All edited photographs will be delivered in JPG (not RAW) digital format, and will be at least 5,000 pixels in height and 300dpi in resolution. So they can be used for printing, or downsized for web purposes if necessary.

No, if you have a particularly nice area at your office that you would like to use for a background, we can photograph there. However, all members of staff need to be photographed in the same location in order to save time. So if you decide you would like us to photograph outside, then everybody would need to be photographed outside. We do reserve the right to request moving the session inside if the scheduled day is cloudy. We cannot cancel and reschedule the day at the last minute because  we would have blocked that morning or afternoon out for your team, and it is time we cannot get back and may have turned down bookings so we can accommodate you and your team.

We will need to schedule the appointments at least two weeks in advance, and we offer the appointments from Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays). You will be able to choose a session that runs from 9am to 12pm, or 1pm to 4pm. During that 3 hour window we can easily photograph up to 30 agents without a problem.

Agents should come fully prepared to be photographed. Sorry, we don’t have a hair and makeup artist on hand to do touch ups. We suggest that they come dressed as if they were going to meet an important client. We suggest that ladies do their makeup as if they are going out for the evening. Don’t overdo the makeup, because it is far easier for us to enhance makeup, than it is to bring it back down. Try to avoid garish or patterns in your clothing so that it doesn’t clash with your face. In headshots, your face should be the star of the show.

We can allocate you up to 3 hours at no charge. We can easily photograph up to 30 agents during that time. If you would like additional time, we can add an extra hour at the rate of $100 per hour. Each hour would include 10 additional agents that can be photographed. So if you do have a particularly large team of more than 30 agents we can still accommodate you.
